I have always had a special relationship with coffee. For me, it was more than just a drink - it was a ritual, an art, a moment of pure enjoyment. Every morning I prepared my first coffee with the utmost care, tested different grinds, experimented with different types of coffee and let myself be enchanted by the flavors of the world.
I started to get more involved with roasting. First, I bought a small home roasting machine and experimented
in my own roasting studio. It was a journey of trial and error - too dark, too light, too acidic, too bitter - until I finally had my
